This website enables the tracking of sexual assault evidence collection kits (SAKs)* in the state of Mississippi which have been processed by the Mississippi Forensics Laboratory in compliance with HB 485 (2023 Session), which is now referred to as Mississippi Code § 99-51-1. Agencies handling SAKs are statutorily required to use this system to manage sexual assault kit movement and update the status of any kit(s) in their possession. SAKs are tracked by a unique SAK ID/Barcode number and does not capture any personally identifiable information.
*”Sexual assault evidence kit” means a set of materials, such as swabs and tools for collecting blood samples, used to gather forensic evidence from a victim of reported sexual assault and the evidence obtained with such materials.
Survivors of sexual assault can view the history and status of the evidence kit collected in their case by entering the sexual assault evidence kit tracking number in the ‘serial number’ box in the top - right corner of this page and clicking the magnifying glass icon.()

Only authorized medical personnel, law enforcement, prosecutors, and lab personnel should select “Login” and enter their unique Username and Password to manage the status of sexual assault evidence kits under the jurisdiction of their agency.
